adding about 1/2 tablespoon of walnuts on top of each muffin
Cal: 112 Carbs: 17.8 Fat: 3.6 Protein: 2.7 Fiber: 1.17
adding 88% dark chocolate (I used about 5 squares for 6 muffins)
Cal: 102 Carbs: 19 Fat:2.5 Protein:2.5 Fiber:1.5
The name pretty much says it all. I try low calorie recipes and share my opinion of them. I will do my very best to link the recipes. If I get them out of a cookbook I will not post the recipe unless I can find it online.
